If the boat requested is not in stocked in California, delivery times from France can range from 4 to 8 weeks from order, depending on season, inventory available in France and the time required to clear US customs.

Canoe ordering notes:

Canoe price includes backrest.  For solo canoes, an extra backrest can be ordered for tandem paddling.

Kayak ordering notes:

Kayak price includes rudder + spray deck + spray skirt for all kayaks except the 325,Narak and K1.  The 325 and Narak do not have a rudder, K1 does not have a spray deck or skirt included.

Parts ordering notes

Most parts are available within 4 weeks of placing an order, please allow for longer lead time for older boats or major parts such as a hull skin.  It is unfortunately difficult to provide an accurate parts quote without complete information about your Nautiraid due to changes in the boats over the years.   In some cases, parts may no longer be available from the manufacturer.

For parts requests, we ask that you email us with all the following information for fastest service:

  1. Boat Year (the last 2 digits in the serial number are the year of manufacture)
  2. Boat Model (example: Raid II 540)
  3. Boat Construction (Aluminum or wood frame, touring or expedition)
  4. Description of the Part required

If available, photos of the boat and part needed could be helpful.

Consider also it may be easier to repair, rather than replace, the larger wooden components.  Alternately, a good woodworker can use the original as a pattern for making a replacement.
